Capital Steel & Wire is seeking a full-time machine operator for our Draw Bench department. The operator of the traction platform performs four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Thursday. The operators are trained in various functions of the steel stretching equipment, including operating saws and wheels. Grinding machine and chamfering. Other responsibilities include loading and unloading materials in machines, setting up and monitoring orders being processed, using measuring tools to perform quality checks, using forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling, maintaining proper paperwork for each job, and various other tasks in production Mission facility.
Applicants must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and general computer experience. Candidates with heavy machinery experience, strong mechanical skills, automobile maintenance experience or other similar machining experience will be the most successful in this position. Experience in forklifts and bridge cranes is preferred. This posture needs to be able to stand the entire shift, be able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly, and require physical activity such as bending, straightening and twisting.

The main purpose of your job position is to assist catering technicians and dietitians in guiding the guidelines and regulations of our facilities, planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of the catering department in accordance with current federal, state and local positions. May be instructed by the administrator. Ensure that high-quality nutrition services are provided every day, and that the catering department is kept clean, safe and hygienic. Maintain budget compliance and customer service standards in all areas.
·Participate in formulating food service policies and procedures, and promote interdisciplinary exchanges.
·Understand/support the Residents' Bill of Rights, which is reflected in all aspects of performance, concern and care for residents.
· Participate in/support/monitor the CQI (QA) process.
· Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
·Responsible for formulating and evaluating job descriptions and staffing models.
·Establish and evaluate the pallet service and other departmental services for the equipment.
·Implement and evaluate systems for the receipt, storage and distribution of food and non-food materials for catering services.
· Undertake the financial responsibility of catering services.
· Coordinate the goals and objectives of the diet.
·Procurement of food and equipment for the catering department.
·Participate in short-term and long-term planning, layout/design and capital improvement of physical plans.
· Carry out self-management in a professional way, monitor and evaluate the work performance of all catering staff.

· Monitor tray service, resident meal service and feeding guidelines.
· Train employees and adapt them to new developments and/or changes in the department.
·Assist in monitoring and establishing departmental systems and processes.
·Assist in ensuring that diet changes, extra meals, snacks, etc. are dealt with every day.
· Executing the department’s inventory and ordering process
·Assist in providing catering services for all employees.
·Assist the dietitian to plan/implement the menu cycle, residents' choice of meals, and other food events related to residents/meetings/events.
·Coordinate communication between shifts and other departments.
